The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Ramunto's Brick Oven Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house staff and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of front-of-house staff to deliver high-quality customer service experiences.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling and inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Prepare and present menu items in a safe and appetizing manner.
- Process daily computer reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with food and supply ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to local health codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a food service leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong cash handling and inventory control skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
