Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Specialist to join our team at Fox Run Village. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and developing individual fitness programs for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fitness assessments, including vital signs, to identify residents' fitness levels and goals.
  • Design and implement personalized exercise programs, incorporating flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.
  • Educate residents on proper exercise techniques and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to develop and implement fitness programs and events.
  • Maintain a clean and safe fitness area, ensuring a positive experience for all residents.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and staff, promoting a culture of wellness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
  • Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 1-year related work experience.
