Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a vibrant and energetic atmosphere in the store for both customers and colleagues.
- Provide personalized service at the cash register, ensuring a memorable and positive experience for every client.
- Efficiently handle all register transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure accurate pricing and ringing of merchandise, utilizing price overrides when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding product information, care, and delivery timelines.
- Confirm purchases and suggest additional items to enhance the customer’s selections.
- Inform clients about ongoing promotions that may influence their purchases.
- Share insights and experiences about products and in-store events to elevate the customer experience.
- Maintain visual standards and supplies at the cash wrap area.
- Utilize all available resources to meet customer needs and resolve any issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capacity to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Proficient in operating a POS system.
- Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate safety techniques.

Availability Requirements

- Part-Time Flex associates must be available for a minimum of two scheduled shifts on weekends and two during the week.
- To be scheduled for 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability may be required.
- Weekend availability must be on separate days.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stay mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Proficient in operating the POS system.
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 75 pounds safely.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits based on various factors such as education and experience. The anticipated pay range for this role is $16.00-$17.00 per hour. Eligible benefits may include:
