We are seeking a skilled and courteous Valet Driver to join our team at SP+. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles before parking to ensure safety and note any findings.
- Explain valet rates to customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices while operating a vehicle.
- Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
- Provide directions to customers as needed and assist with additional duties as assigned.
- A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
- The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
- Availability to work special shifts if needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
- The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
- The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
