About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Set up and prepare machinery for scheduled production runs, ensuring all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and operators to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA degree in mechanical or industrial maintenance preferred.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
