Sales Director

We are a full-service hotel in a high occupancy market, seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid role, with a focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and meeting sales targets.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a portfolio of clients. They will work closely with our leadership team to understand our business goals and objectives, and develop plans to achieve them. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, prospecting, and networking
* Manage a portfolio of clients, including existing and prospective customers
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
* Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
* Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
