Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to elementary school students.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective communication.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and services provided.
Requirements
  • Current Virginia Speech Language Pathologist license.
  • ASHA Certification (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply).
  • 2 years of recent school-based experience.
