Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Programs Coordinator to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing program activities and resources within clinical specialty or department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee program initiatives, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy programs are implemented as indicated, ensuring necessary resources and/or equipment are obtained as ordered.
  • May supervise and direct nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
