About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk to join our team at Fiesta Mart LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our dairy, deli, and frozen food products are properly merchandised and displayed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, fast, and efficient customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dairy, deli, and frozen food departments.
  • Restock and face products on shelves, ensuring that they are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting and carrying heavy boxes and cases.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
