We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our culinary offerings at Cuthbert House, an 18th-century waterfront inn in Beaufort, South Carolina.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will thrive in a relaxed, guest-facing environment and dedicate creative time to establish the historic luxury Inn brand and reputation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day culinary operations, including ordering food, kitchenware, and operating supply orders
  • Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Collaborating with the Owners and General Manager to create a memorable experience for guests

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields
  • Knowledge and experience with food cost and ordering systems
  • Prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
