  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee the tactical execution of 3PL assignments to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely outbound transportation.
    • Conduct cycle counts and establish controls and processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Employee Development and Training:
    • Provide training and development opportunities to support employee growth and compliance needs.
    • Lead, coach, and develop employees to meet or exceed business goals and objectives.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements, providing evidence to support audit readiness.
    • Accountable for maintaining a safe working environment, promoting a culture of safety.
    • Ensure safety standards, procedures, and processes are followed by warehouse staff.
  • Logistics and Shipping:
    • Meet GMP requirements for turnaround time of receipt per SOP.
    • Align and resolve receiving issues, highlighting vendor issues to procurement for resolution.
    • Ensure timely completion of reservation requests to support manufacturing and packaging.
    • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, scrapping of material, and returns to vendors.
