Job Summary

This role contributes to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring accurate pallet inventory certification in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery.
  • Coaching and Counseling: Provide guidance and support to Pickers on pallet building practices.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) to identify workflow issues and developmental opportunities for Pickers and Loaders.
  • Load Tracking: Accurately track each load and count all pallets.
  • Pace Management: Maintain a steady pace of pallet configuration.
  • Quality Control: Ensure in-line adjustments are made and used for all pallets.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify priorities and coordinate resources to meet operational needs.
  • Skills Development: Assess and enhance the skill set of Pickers.
  • Process Recommendations: Recommend process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Picker and Loader team to ensure seamless operations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $51,500.
  • Overtime is eligible.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, and experience will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off is subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Flexible Schedule: Experience working a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, and/or weekends.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
