Financial Performance Specialist

TRC Companies is seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and establishing financial workbooks and reports in Deltek and Power BI for the purpose of tracking and monitoring program financial performance.

You will perform financial and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and prepare reports of findings and recommendations to program management. Additionally, you may provide analysis on business development and monitor business performance by region or group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and establish financial workbooks and reports in Deltek and Power BI

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 7 years of professional experience; Prior relevant experience with program finance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable presenting financial analysis
