Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Frickers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our kitchen and management team to deliver high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome and valued
• Suggest menu items and specials based on your knowledge of our offerings
• Enter orders into our POS system accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Check back with guests to ensure their meal is to their satisfaction and make adjustments as needed
• Pre-bus and bus tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Collect guest checks and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
• Check IDs per state and local law and serve alcohol responsibly
• Assist other servers and managers as needed to ensure seamless service
