Server Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Frickers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make recommendations based on your knowledge of our menu
• Enter orders into our POS system accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, checking back to ensure everything meets their expectations
• Pre-bus and bus tables, collecting guest checks and handling cash and credit transactions with precision
• Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return, while also ensuring responsible service of alcohol
• Assist other servers and managers as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient service

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
