Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team at Plaza Audi. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Customers: Meet and greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, obtaining vehicle information and checking them in for their appointment.
  • Assist Service Advisors: Assist the Service Advisor in helping customers while maintaining organization in the service drive.
  • Move Vehicles: Move customer's vehicles from the service drive to the shop in a safe and secure manner.
  • Retain Keys: Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures.
  • Promote Effective Working Relationships: Actively promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealership.
  • Follow Procedures: Follow dealership-specific procedures for active vehicle delivery, resulting in return visits and admirable Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Assist Fellow Dealership Personnel: Readily assist fellow dealership personnel in completing the work necessary to ensure full functioning of the dealership.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
