About the Turndown Attendant Role:
The Turndown Attendant plays a critical role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. This role involves providing exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms. What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. As a Turndown Attendant, you'll be responsible for cleaning guest rooms to Four Seasons standards, responding to guest requests, and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
