Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at New Hire Solutions. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the firm's visibility and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Create engaging content for the firm's website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure marketing materials are compliant with legal advertising rules and effectively communicate the firm's value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.1+ years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in legal or professional services marketing.Familiarity with ethical rules and advertising guidelines for legal services.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and graphic design tools.

Salary: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
