About the Role
In this key position, you will be responsible for insulating various areas of homes, including attics, basements, knee-walls, crawl spaces, and walls. Additionally, you will install proper ventilation on rooftops to maintain a healthy indoor environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work safely at heights will be crucial in meeting our high standards.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess previous insulation experience and be able to lift up to 60 pounds. Comfort with working on tall ladders and rooftops, as well as in confined, sometimes cluttered spaces, is also essential. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred but not mandatory.
