**Overview of the Job**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Orkin Pro. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with our great customers.

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $19.00/HR, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance.

**Responsibilities of the Job**

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Preparing and installing home services such as attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency
• Driving a company vehicle and following a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer
• Interacting with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Serving as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs

**Requirements for Success**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Handy man or construction/trade experience (roofing, insulation, etc.) strongly preferred
• No experience required, well-trained to be a Pro
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid drivers license required with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
