Job Summary:

The Building Superintendent will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role will involve supervising staff, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage maintenance staff to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
  • Manage maintenance requests and ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all properties are well-maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in maintenance and/or construction supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic knowledge of building repair trades, purchasing procedures, and work safety requirements
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to keep accurate and detailed records
