We are seeking a skilled Solar Commercial Construction Manager to lead and manage multifamily housing and commercial solar projects throughout California. The ideal candidate will have experience with solar design, construction coordination, permit oversight, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact homebuilders and general contractors to gather project information
  • Identify and initiate orders for special materials and track project schedules
  • Ensure solar equipment fits site locations and obtain necessary approvals
  • Maintain project notes and organization in Excel trackers
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of solar or electrical experience in multifamily or commercial projects
  • Experience with Carports and Virtual Net Energy Metering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Knowledge of solar design, building codes, and Title 24 requirements
