Job OpportunityBenessair Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Benessair Health, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who prioritize their health and wellness, and help them achieve their physical fitness goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized training programs for clients
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create customized exercise plans
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions
  • Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed
  • Provide education and guidance on nutrition and wellness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. exercise science, kinesiology)
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
  • Certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs
