- Oversee the daily operations and supervision of a classroom of children.
- Continuously assess and address each child's developmental needs.

- Collaborate with leadership to organize parent-teacher conferences and student assessments.
- Maintain an engaging and well-organized classroom that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Provide positive reinforcement and set clear expectations for children's behavior.
- Participate in required staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory standards set by local and national agencies.
- Assist in additional tasks as directed by the Director or designated personnel.
- Must fulfill the basic requirements set by local childcare regulatory agencies.
- Previous experience in a teaching or assistant teaching role within a licensed early childhood education setting is required.
- Understanding of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for the safe handling of children.
