OU Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medicine Stepdown/Intermediate Care team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the Role:- Assist with nursing assessments, data collection, and vital sign monitoring for assigned patients.
- Provide care according to established nursing plans and protocols.
- Observe patient changes and notify supervisory personnel as needed.
- Administer medications and perform various nursing procedures, including ostomy care and oxygen therapy.
- Prepare patients for physical examinations and assist physicians during exams.
Our Medicine Stepdown/Intermediate Care team is a dynamic and collaborative group of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As an LPN, you will work closely with registered nurses, care team associates, and other support staff to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
