Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the LPN will provide direct patient care to patients as assigned, maintaining a safe and efficient working and treatment environment. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients as assigned, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with the treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure safe and quality care is provided to all patients.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients, in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Assist with the maintenance of a safe and efficient working and treatment environment, including adhering to facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
