  • Oversee drivers' delivery schedules and monitor hours worked.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while addressing any issues that arise.
  • Act as a bridge between distribution and sales teams.
  • Supervise and verify team members' timekeeping records.
  • Operate within labor and operational expense budgets.

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in consumer products or direct store delivery.
  • Experience in managing personnel and budgets is essential.
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with company policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate skills in computer and database applications.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience supervising distribution or delivery personnel is preferred.
  • CDL A license is preferred.
