Role Summary

The Service and Repair Specialist will balance their responsibilities between fieldwork and branch operations. The main duty of this role is to ensure the upkeep and repair of the company's mechanical apparatus in the field, which includes pumps, generators, and associated equipment. Additionally, the Specialist will contribute as a collaborative team member and an individual contributor to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting service, repairs, and maintenance on the company's diesel pumps, fleet, and mechanical apparatus.
  • Executing quality assessments on repaired equipment.
  • Managing service order documentation, detailing repairs and maintenance performed on mechanical equipment, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance on equipment at various job sites as required.
  • Acquiring parts and supplies as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Relevant equipment repair certification is preferred.
  • Experience in servicing and repairing diesel engines is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with electric motors is a plus.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate job requirements.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that may involve lifting heavy or awkward materials or equipment.

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet job demands.
