Job Title: Clinical Nursing Supervisor III

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor III to join our team at Community Health of South Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to lead and manage clinical functions in assigned patient care areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and supervision to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Agency Policies, State, and Federal regulations.
  • Coordinate unit activities, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently to meet patient needs.
  • Directly supervise the clinical nursing team of the Teaching Health Center (THC) and Walk-In-Services (WIS), fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient charts, utilizing electronic systems and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain current licensure and continuing education requirements, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including variable shifts if needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred, along with two years' experience as a charge nurse.
  • Certification in CPR from the American Heart Association and proficiency in clinical assessment skills, staff supervision, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others, problem-solve, and plan/organize tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Desirable: Bilingualism and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $87,000-$112,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits plan, opportunities for growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
