Clinical Trials Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse to join our team at Baptist Health South Florida. As a Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials by enlisting, maintaining, and assuring protocol compliance for all patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with physicians to determine patient eligibility for clinical trials
  • Provide education to staff and patients on clinical trial procedures
  • Ensure site research quality by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs), principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Valid Registered Nurse license
  • Certifications: Collab Inst Training Init., Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
  • Preferred qualifications: Clinical Study Coordinator Certification, knowledge of medical terminology, nursing assessment, clinical trials, and GCP concepts
Benefits:

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The salary for this position is approximately $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
