About the Role
  • Assess the needs of clients through comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized service plans to address client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • LMSW/LMHC licensure or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with homeless populations or similar settings.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to break the cycle of homelessness for families in New York City.

Please note that this position is exempt from FLSA and requires evening and weekend work.

$61,460.10 annually, depending on experience.
