Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote mental health, wellness, and recovery.
  2. Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with individuals, families, and caregivers.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered plans.
  4. Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and industry developments to inform your work.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work) is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in mental health or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
