Job Title: Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst

At Teach Me Personnel LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Senior BCBA, you will play a key role in facilitating a team approach toward treatment in a clinical setting, training, supervising, and mentoring behavior therapists, and implementing, monitoring, collecting, and evaluating the efficacy of treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the efficacy of treatment and implement effective strategies for improvement
  • Train, supervise, and mentor behavior therapists to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, making data-driven decisions to optimize care

Requirements:
  • Masters in a behavior-related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA
  • Experience in a clinical treatment setting preferred
