We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Physical Therapy Central. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, greet patients, and check them in and out for appointments.
- Patient Communication: Answer patient inquiries, collect co-pays, and obtain pre-authorizations and insurance verifications.
- Charting and Record-Keeping: Accurately chart patient records in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Travel and Coverage: Travel to various clinics within your region or beyond as needed for staffing, meetings, and trainings.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; or 2-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Previous medical/dental front office, administrative, customer service, or front office experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work under stress, interruptions, and deadlines; uses independent judgment to determine project guidelines and completion of projects.
- Competitive Pay: Pay rate of ~$16-$18/Hour.
