About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mather Place, a leading provider of senior living services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and presentation of meals
  • Manage food inventory and ordering to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary programs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior living or hospitality setting
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
