We are seeking a skilled Production Laborer to join our team at Integrative Staffing Group Job Board in Butler, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, securing loads, and performing various tasks related to glass handling.

Job Summary:
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $15.50/hour, paid bi-weekly.
  • You will work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with overtime included in your pay.
Responsibilities:
  • Loading large glass panes onto trucks and securing loads to ensure safe transportation.
  • Packing panes with cardboard cushions and securing them with tape to prevent damage during transit.
  • Material handling, moving large panes of glass by hand to load onto the cutting table.
  • Conducting daily visual inspections of glass for defects to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Using tools such as tape measures to ensure accurate measurements.
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must be able to lift 45 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
  • A pre-employment drug screen is mandatory.
