About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at BankTalent HQ. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and making informed decisions about loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit investigations and analysis to determine the creditworthiness of borrowers.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess credit risk.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lending officers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Make sound recommendations regarding loan approvals and credit limits.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing credit regulations and laws to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in credit/financial analysis, lending, underwriting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and credit analysis, lending, and underwriting processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
