As a Handyman Professional, you will be responsible for completing maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects. You will work independently, but will have the support of our office team who will handle scheduling and customer communication.
Responsibilities- Completing Maintenance & Repairs: You will be responsible for completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects. This may include tasks such as carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, drywall work, and general plumbing and electrical work.
- Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers: You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and manage their expectations regarding the scope of work and costs.
- Create Life-Long Customers: You will deliver exceptional customer service and follow our process, the Mr. Handyman Way, to ensure that customers are satisfied and become repeat customers.
- Culture Alignment: You must be a team player who is aligned with our company culture and values.
