We are seeking a skilled Rebuild / Rotor Technician to join our team in Noblesville, IN. This role will involve maintaining and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and providing troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair equipment with a focus on customer relations and proper equipment operation.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on requested equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and provide operational assistance for separation equipment.
  • Document equipment repairs, cleaning, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and other activities.
  • Provide customer service, support, training, and problem resolution.
  • Comply with all aspects of the Trucent safety program, including hazard communication, PPE requirements, and attending safety training.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of mechanical and/or machine maintenance experience.
  • Training in industrial maintenance and machine operation is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and customer relation skills.
  • Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic familiarity with PCs, HMI, PLC, DCS systems.
  • Self-Starter with ability to work independently under general supervision.
