Job Description:
The Process Development Engineer is responsible for creating, managing, and implementing strategies for intricate process components within product development initiatives. This role involves the collection and examination of process performance metrics to define process specifications and designs for new or revised products. The engineer will plan and validate the equipment and processes associated with newly developed products, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.
The individual will lead and coordinate a team focused on process development tasks throughout various projects, monitoring project progress and suggesting necessary adjustments. This position requires a proactive approach in leveraging and enhancing technologies.
Key Competencies:

- Medical Device Expertise
- Knowledge of Balloon Catheter Products
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Process Development
- Experience with Balloon Catheter Techniques (including laser bonding, balloon blowing, hot jaw bonding, and leak testing)
