Job Description

Pure Smiles is a highly respected, family-owned private practice that is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. We are seeking a talented and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients and explain proposed treatment plans, including health benefits, costs, timelines, and payment options.
  • Reach out to qualified patient leads to schedule consultations with our Specialty Doctor.
  • Calculate final costs for proposed dental treatment and provide patients with their total cost and required down payment.
  • Manage calls and leads received internally and from marketing campaigns, scheduling patients for consultations with our Doctor.
  • In collaboration with our Office Manager and Specialty Doctor, ensure patient payments are processed following office policy and procedures.
  • Create, maintain, and update required documentation and files about treatment plans, financial arrangements, and payments.
  • Place a focus on a streamlined process and deliver compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout the entire full-arch implant process.
  • Create regular reports to monitor case acceptances and follow-ups.
  • Act as the organization's full-arch treatment plan subject matter expert to ensure patient comprehension, answer inquiries, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to the practice's collection protocols.
  • Communicate with our Westerville and Findlay dental offices via phone and email about patient information, etc.
  • When time warrants, follow-up on unscheduled treatment for targeted offices.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of direct work experience as a high-level Treatment Coordinator.
  • Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain high-dollar treatment plans to patients in a relatable way.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly effective written and verbal skills to communicate with patients and teammates.
  • Detail-oriented with strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Wants to make a positive, lasting difference in the lives of our patients utilizing warm and kind communication skills and relationship building.
  • Quickly adapts to change in practice policies, technology, and practice protocols.
