Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the store, assist with customer service questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking merchandise, facing shelves, and taking out trash.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds, long periods of standing, and frequent bending and twisting.
