Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support business analytics for data centers and drive operational efficiencies. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with operations teams to analyze, manage, and report on costs and their drivers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in systems
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in a high-performing organization
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience applying analytical techniques to provide solutions to real business problems
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence business partners

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with enterprise software systems (i.e., SAP)
  • Experience with budgeting and cost management tools
