Job Summary

The Registered Polysomnographic Technologist performs and processes sleep studies on adult and pediatric patients. This role involves collecting relevant clinical history, setting up and calibrating instrumentation, preparing patients, and performing sleep monitoring procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process sleep study data
  • Perform polysomnographic recordings
  • Prepare patients for sleep studies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • American Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists Registry
  • Minimum of one year sleep lab experience
  • BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college-level biological science coursework or degree
