Compensation Details
  • Competitive pay starting at $1500/day, plus 45% of production
Practice Information
  • You will be rotating across multiple locations.
Work Schedule
  • Part-time, approximately 3.5 days per week, with potential for additional days
  • Multi-provider specialty practice environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Proficiency : Diagnose and address oral health conditions utilizing advanced surgical techniques. Conduct routine examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
  • Treatment Strategy : Formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs and preferences. Educate patients on available treatment options, ensuring they make informed choices.
  • Patient-Centric Care : Deliver compassionate and patient-focused care, addressing all oral health concerns. Foster positive relationships with patients to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration : Work alongside dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative personnel to ensure seamless practice operations. Provide direction on treatment plans, protocols, and best practices.
  • Compliance with Standards : Follow established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Implement specialty referral guidelines as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Certificate
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted dental license
  • Experience in treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education
