Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet Shuttle Driver to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by safely transporting them to and from their destinations, while also ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our shuttle vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests by assisting with luggage and answering questions.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and their property by following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Perform regular inspections of the shuttle vehicles to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Refuel the shuttle vehicles as needed and ensure they are returned to the property in a secure and timely manner.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage and providing directions to guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and promote the hotel's services by explaining products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
  • Must be able to drive vehicles and have a valid driver's license.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
  • Tactful, courteous, and discreet.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak and understand English.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to operate two and four-wheeled luggage carts, standard office equipment, broom, leaf blower, and shovel.
  • Requires ability to lift large and heavy packages and boxes, and to load and unload small and large boxes as needed.
  • Must be able to twist, tow, reach, bend, climb, and carry objects as necessary.
  • Capable of prolonged standing (up to 8 hours), walking, running, and climbing stairs.
Working Conditions

Intermittent exposure to outside elements, but primarily an indoor position.
