Key Responsibilities:

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts effectively to guarantee a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every customer.
  • Providing guidance to crew members and fellow managers during shifts to uphold our standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
  • Planning and monitoring shift activities, ensuring the team meets operational benchmarks.
  • Overseeing safety, security, and profitability measures within the restaurant.
  • Communicating with the incoming Shift Leader to ensure a seamless transition and operational continuity.
  • Meeting performance targets and assisting various departments in achieving their objectives.

We prefer candidates with prior leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. We value positive team players who are adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
