About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chiller Mechanic to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our industrial services team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ammonia refrigeration chiller systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute contract maintenance visits, inspections, and site assessments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of chiller systems.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, vendors, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to prolong the life cycle of chiller equipment and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial chiller maintenance, with a strong background in ammonia refrigeration systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Strong technical knowledge of chiller control systems, speed drives, and compressor technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced industrial setting.
