Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Business Analyst to join our IT Digital team for projects and systems support.

The successful candidate will evaluate, propose, and apply the best solutions and technologies for ERP demands, development, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain application processes associated with the Oracle ERP systems.
  • Evaluate business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot issues with Oracle EBS modules and processes.
  • Develop documentation for computerized environments and create information flow diagrams.
  • Analyze, code, and test systems, including security layers.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS, its modules, and processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
