Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet all visitors and residents in a courteous and professional manner, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly.
- Communication and Customer Service: Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, including check-in and check-out procedures, visitor logs, and other relevant documentation.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the front desk team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Security and Safety: Monitor and respond to security and safety concerns, including fire alarms, door alarms, and other emergency situations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments and staff members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; minimum of two years of clerical experience preferred.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with diverse personalities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Physical and Mental Demands: Ability to sit for prolonged periods, walk, and stand; ability to lift 50 pounds; good reasoning and sound judgment.
